for a Home Evaluation....

We take photos of the exterior & interior property as well as pics of any needed repair areas.  Your report includes the condition of the street home is located on, (abandoned cars, vacant homes, burnt out homes, or whether it is in a nice well maintained area), proximity to schools or parks, etc..

We give you a rental appraisal, letting  you know how much you could expect monthly and what it takes for your home to be Section 8 Ready, if desired.

We let you know the total cost of remodeling and repairs. If you purchase home, and home requires a City Inspection, we will go back and make adjustments to repair estimates, depending on what is required by inspecting authority. 

I have many investors that have purchased properties and were told that the homes were "rehabbed and ready for rent." only to find that they were misled as to the property's true condition.Hire an independent company, such as ourselves,  to give you an honest opinion as to the area, condition of home and rentability. 


Note: If we do rehab work, the home evaluation fee of $125 is credited back to investor.

Hello...We are primarily a Property Management and Maintenance company.  We started doing home evaluations as we have met many out of state investors that are buying property for more than it is worth. We also found an alarming amount of investors being told that the repairs needed were minimal often well below actual amount needed for home to be “Rent Ready.”

As we do not work for the home seller, we give an honest objective view of the condition of the property, as well as the repairs needed and expected monthly rental amount.
